National Jazz Awards Online Vote Begins

The National Jazz Awards take place in Toronto on April 10th, 2006. Selected by a public online voting process, artists will receive their Awards at the gala event.

Artists slated to perform for the event are the Latin phenomenon Hilario Duran, trumpeter David Buchbinder, pianists Nancy Walker and Min Rager, saxophonist Pat LaBarbera, duo Mike Murley/David Occiphinti, bassist Roberto Occhipinti (who will lead the house band), singer/songwriter Eliana Cuevas, trombonist Hugh Fraser, and Conga great Chano Poso.
