Edmonton’s Labatt Blues Festival Set to Kick-Off 8th Year
Edmonton’s Labatt’s Blues Festival is slated to kick off August 25, 26, 27 at the Hawrelak Park Heritage Amphitheatre, bringing a world class mix of Canadian and International blues talent to the Alberta city.
The festival launches it’s 8th annual event featuring a stellar roster of blues names such as guitarist Kenny Neal with harmonica player Billy Branch, guitarist Phillip Walker and The Texas Horns, Zydeco phenom Terrance Simien, and Mark Hummel’s Harmonica Blowout with fellow harmonica giants Billy Boy Arnold and Lee Oskar.
The three day outdoor festival features a dance floor that holds 500.
