Carma Acoustic Blues Series Continues with Edmonton Greats

The Epcor Centre in Calgary is presenting the fourth of their 2006-07 ongoing Acoustic Blues Concert Series with Mark Sterling’s “Come on in My Kitchen,” on Friday, January 26th at the Epcor Centre.

Hosted by guitarist and singer-songwriter Mark Sterling, Come On In My
Kitchen is a collaborative project bringing together some of the top names in Canada’s singer/songwriters, drawing from a wide range of genres from
down home blues to New Orleans styles, all featuring original music.

The ever evolving project changes it’s personnel yearly, and this year features the great talents of leader Mark Sterling, recognized as one of Alberta’s top acoustic bluesmen, and fellow bluesmen Crawdad Cantera (harmonica) and Ron Rault (bass).

Special guest singer/songwriter Karla Anderson, honoured by the Canadian Folk Music Awards as the Best New/Emerging Artist award-winner, will be joining the collective for the performance.
