Chart-topping singer tours B.C. before heading east.

Juno award-winning Smooth Jazz vocalist and songwriter Alfie Zappacosta heads out on tour over the next couple of weeks, performing several dates in B.C. next week with a trio including Cuban pianist Silvio Pupo and Italian virtuoso Claudio Vena (accordion, viola).

The Italian born, Edmonton based vocalist will perform his brand of romantic, polished songs in Invermere (Oct. 4), Kelowna (Oct.5), Williams Lake (Oct. 6), and Enderby (Oct. 7), before heading to Nova Scotia the following week to perform for audiences in the east.

Actor, singer, songwriter and guitarist Alfie Zappacosta has long been considered one of Canada’s fines vocal talents, with two JUNO’s and an American Music Award under his belt. He is currently nominated for two Canadian Smooth Jazz Awards.

Among his impressive discography, Zappacosta’s chart-topping hit singles include, Nothing Can Stand in Your Way, Passion, When I Fall in Love Again, We Should Be Lovers.

Paring down his sound from the large productions of the past, Zappacosta now features his rich and powerful voice in the stripped down trio format.
