V.S.O.P. Group to Appear at Yardbird Suite this Weekend

The evening of Friday, December 14 offers some top-notch jazz in Edmonton when the V.S.O.P. Group performs at the Yardbird Suite. Formed by an ensemble of leading Edmonton musicians, the ensemble’s compositions reflect those of 20th & 21st century jazz icons such as Max Roach, The Jazz Messengers, Dizzy Gillespie, Miles Davis, Clifford Brown, The Brecker Brothers and Joe Henderson.

V.S.O.P. Group is formed by musicians Bob Tildsley (trumpet, flugelhorn), Dino Dominelli (tenor, soprano saxophones), Chris Andrew (piano), Joseph Lubinsky-Mast (bass), and Jamie Cooper (drums).
