Four days of Blues Warm Up February
Blues fans have a four full days of music to enjoy at the upcoming Saskatoon Blues Festival, Thursday Feb. 28 to Sunday, March 2.
The annual event features local and international blues in both acoustic and electric concert settings, as well as workshops, Blues in the Schools, and other special events.
With the 2008 event featuring multiple W.C. Handy award-winning guitarist Rory Block, Canadian giants including Halifax guitarist Garrett Mason and his band, Toronto harmonica man Paul Reddick, and Saskatoon native (now Chicago-based) Nigel Mack, and many more, this year’s festival is sure to be the cure for the winter blues.
