Legendary Vocalist to Perform with Elementary & Middle School Students

The Art of Jazz presents another creative installment in their year-round program on April 24th, when the iconic jazz vocalist Jon Hendricks is joined by 250 Toronto students for a concert performance at Roy Thomson Hall.

Hendricks and his daughter Aria will lead the young singers 10 Toronto area elementary and middle schools for an evening of song.

Backing the singers are some of the finest jazz musicians in the country, including Don Thompson, Archie Alleyne, David Virelles, Jane Bunnett, Larry Cramer, Bonnie Lester and a full gospel choir.
