Southern Alberta Jazz Festival Expands Reach

The 13th annual Medicine Hat Jazz Festival runs June 19-28 with more than 15 ensembles from around the world performing at a variety of free and ticketed venues.

Headline acts include the Vancouver Ensemble of Jazz Improvisation (VEJI), Elmhurst College Jazz Band (Chicago), Amina Figarova Sextet, Chris Donnelly, Joel Miller, Jeanette Lindstrom, Amanda Tosoff, Jean-Pierre Zanella and Jean-Christophe Beney, to name a few.

New this year is a festival pass for entry into all shows, the Vespa youth stage which showcasing local student musicians, and several performances that will take place in Lethbridge from June 19- 21.
